2020-2021 Screaming Eagles Wrestling Club
Due to COVID-19, CDC regulations, and NJ state regulations, Tri-County wrestling will not be having a competitive season this year. Screaming Eagles Wrestling Club, in conjunction with Pennsville Wrestling, is offering the following for the 20-21 season.
NJ regulations limit us to 10 people in our room. To accomplish this, we will be creating four to six “cohorts”. Each cohort will be made up of 1-2 coaches and eight wrestlers. These eight wrestlers will be grouped by weight and ability level to create two 4-man groups for each cohort.
These cohorts will get significant amounts of individual coach’s attention, and work on move development, strength and conditioning, and be able to do live wrestling within the cohort.
